The FE Program Manager (FEPM) is responsible for managing Foundation Engineering Leadership Team (FE-LT) level initiatives, including high-impact customer programs like BMW SAM, Cariad HCP3 etc. You will lead Monthly Operational Reviews, Customer Program Meetings, and other FE-LT critical program meetings. You will monitor status of these initiatives daily, prepare executive summary including progress, status, risks, challenges etc. You will maintain up-to date dashboards, status reports and PowerPoint presentations of these programs. This role requires strong stakeholder management across HERE.

The expected base salary range for this position is $121,100 to $173,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience.
This position is also eligible for a target annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
