Front Desk Receptionist

Home Care Providers of Texas is currently seeking for a receptionist in Dallas, TX.

Pay rate: $16 pr hr

Shift: Full Time Mon-Friday 8-5 p.m.

Duties:

  • Answer Calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Minimize caller's hold time.
  • Father information from caller as to the nature of the call prior to transferring.
  • If it is a patient, get name, and date of birth from them before transferring to appropriate party.
  • Greet all visitors to the office.
  • Maintain workplace security by not allowing anyone to enter the workplace without ab escort.
  • Maintain company phone listing.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative duties to include copying, faxing, and stamping outgoing mail.
  • Attaching documents to EMR as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous Office Experience.
  • Ability to multitask
