Home Care Providers of Texas is currently seeking for a receptionist in Dallas, TX.
Pay rate: $16 pr hr
Shift: Full Time Mon-Friday 8-5 p.m.

Duties:
- Answer Calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Minimize caller's hold time.
- Father information from caller as to the nature of the call prior to transferring.
- If it is a patient, get name, and date of birth from them before transferring to appropriate party.
- Greet all visitors to the office.
- Maintain workplace security by not allowing anyone to enter the workplace without ab escort.
- Maintain company phone listing.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative duties to include copying, faxing, and stamping outgoing mail.
- Attaching documents to EMR as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous Office Experience.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solver
- General computer skills
- Microsoft office skills
