As a Utilities Dispatch Data Analyst here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the dispatch operations for our customers. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. You will report directly to our Dispatch Manager and you'll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our customers' operations by analyzing dispatch data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve overall efficiency. Your ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations will be key in driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service to our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patterns
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operations
  • Work with Inventory Production Reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operations

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Work Order Management Systems
  • Basic Power Bi and Excel
