Your role at Hostinger


As part of Hostinger's Affiliate team you’ll play a critical role in affiliate acquisition and management for our newest product addition - Hostinger Horizons (AI, no code, web app builder). Your expertise in affiliate marketing and leadership will drive the expansion into new markets and the product’s overall success. In this role, you will fully own affiliate marketing activities and directions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Your day-to-day
  • Create and implement an affiliate acquisition strategy that targets audiences aligned with the product's value and goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various markets, including close tracking of competitor activities and opportunities.
  • Manage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: product updates, tracking issues, creating coupons and overall managing the communication.
  • Be fully hands-on with the outreach campaigns.
  • Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance and attract new partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, CRO and campaigns tailored to affiliates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels.


Your skills and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
  • Product marketing experience is a big advantage.
  • Experience with OKR planning frameworks - you will be fully owning the planning and execution of affiliate acquisition campaigns.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with main marketing digital tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, etc. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-starter with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools (e.g.,TUNE, Impact, Partnerize, CJ, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
