Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field along with 3+ years of account management experience is required, with prior selling experience in the educational market preferred.
Location: This position is remote, specifically for the Great Lakes Region of the US.
Compensation: $90000 - $95000 / Annually

What you’ll do:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing existing NWEA customers by building long-term relationships with schools and districts. As the primary account owner, this role focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by expanding the use of NWEA products and services to support student learning.
Working as part of the regional team, the Senior Account Manager collaborates closely with Account Executives and Partner Success Managers, who are responsible for acquiring new partners. This role requires responsiveness, active listening, and strategic engagement to enhance customer loyalty and maximize the value of NWEA solutions.
