Pega Engineer

As a Pega Engineer at Proxymity, your responsibilities include collaborating with existing engineers to deepen your understanding of current applications and managing new development efforts. You will serve as a liaison with the Dev-Ops team, addressing infrastructure queries and supporting version upgrades. Additionally, you'll work with the Operations team to enhance business processes by building updated workflows. Ongoing monitoring of the production environment to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance is also part of your role.

To be a successful Pega Engineer at Proxymity, you'll need in-depth knowledge of Pega 8, and you should be a certified SSA or LSA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Pega. Practical experience with Pega version upgrades and associated testing methodologies is essential, along with a strong understanding of API integration (SOAP & REST) and messaging services like Kafka.
