You'll also oversee a robust Certified Departmental Trainer Program, guiding and mentoring our departmental trainers. Collaboration is key, and you will work alongside hotel leadership to identify performance gaps and craft tailored learning solutions. Beyond tactical training, you will manage our compliance and safety training, ensuring mandatory courses are completed on time.
