Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Hydrosat is a climate tech company leveraging the unique capabilities of thermal imagery from space to measure water stress in agriculture and mitigate the effects of climate change. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead Hydrosat’s brand messaging, communications, and partner co-marketing initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role that ensures consistent brand positioning across all channels while driving high-impact events and partner-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for content creation, social media and blog coordination, event management, and partner co-marketing, helping to elevate Hydrosat’s market presence and thought leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that position Hydrosat as a leader in climate tech and water productivity, ensuring clear, compelling messaging across all initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including website, social media, press releases, and marketing materials, to reinforce Hydrosat’s identity and market presence.
  • Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, industry conferences, partner summits, and webinars to maximize brand exposure and business development opportunities.
  • Review and approve content to maintain quality, clarity, and alignment with Hydrosat’s strategic vision.
  • Manage press releases and PR partner coordination to secure coverage in relevant media outlets.
  • Coordinate blog writing and content management, working with internal and external contributors.
  • Oversee social media content strategy, ensuring Hydrosat maintains an active and engaging presence.
  • Manage website content updates, ensuring alignment with marketing and product positioning.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including co-branded content, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal teams and partners on marketing initiatives to align efforts and messaging.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably in technology, agriculture, or climate tech sectors.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in partner co-marketing, event planning, and media relations.
  • Strong project management and event execution skills, from trade shows to virtual webinars.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong ability to manage external agencies, partners, and media relationships.
