Performance Marketing Specialist

What you will do
  • Develop sustainable and aggressive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
  • Plan and build paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (including Instagram), and others.
  • Measure, track and optimize paid media campaigns to improve cost efficiency and acquisition efficacy
  • Determine & track return on investment of various forms of paid marketing
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers
  • Run strategic and tactical campaigns and experiments across paid and unpaid media to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable user development
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels
  • Identify and optimize growth channels to drive growth across products
  • Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer insights that arise through paid marketing


What we’re looking for
  • BS/MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in similar paid media / performance marketing roles
  • Expert on Google Ads and other paid performance marketing channels
  • Strong experience with PPC
  • Experience with MixPanel and Google Analytics to analyze behavior and inform paid media campaigns
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels
  • A healthy “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission” attitude
  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
  • Strong command of English language, both verbal and written, is a must.
