Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies. 

We’re filling this role for a client, a longevity-focused, preventative healthcare platform.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Lead who can amplify our mission, build a passionate community, and create high-impact, viral content with our medical board team and help them become dominant faces in the health world.

You come from a unique background of hands-on content creation, creative direction and brand, viral marketing, and creator partnerships. You are also high taste.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a viral-driven social media strategy across our platforms and the platforms of our partners (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, newsletter, and their podcasts)

Content Creation & Management

  • Work closely with our medical board and their teams to produce engaging, high-impact content (short-form video, reels, carousels, written content, virtual events, and thought leadership posts).

  • Own the content calendar, ensuring a mix of viral, educational, and brand-driven posts that align with our mission.

  • Stay ahead of trends, memes, and algorithm shifts to drive growth.

  • Track analytics to double down on what works and continuously optimize content.

  • Work with and manage creative resources including brand designers, writers and copywriters, videographers and video editors.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Build a cult-like following by engaging directly with our audience, responding to comments, and sparking conversations.

Influencer & Partnership Strategy

  • Identify and collaborate with health creators and other thought leaders and pair them with our doctor leaders to amplify our message.
