Game Presentation Coordinator - Lakeland, FL

Job Summary:

The Game Presentation Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Marketing and Production teams to connect marketing strategy with game execution. This role will be a critical part in day-to-day operations and support of gameday presentation for the Flying Tigers and Detroit Tigers Spring Training. The Game Presentation Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of game scripts, managing in-booth production elements during games, and ensuring all in-game activities run smoothly. This role will also contribute to new promotional ideas, enhance fan experience and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
 

The Game Presentation Coordinator is an on-site role based in Lakeland, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overseeing in-booth production during games, execution of graphics, sponsor elements, and live show elements.
  • Assist with the creation of all game scripts.
  • Ensure all sponsor, promotional, and baseball-related elements (e.g., starting lineups, fan contests, in-game activations) are executed accurately and on time.
  • Develop engaging visual content for both social platforms and in-stadium video boards, ensuring a seamless game presentation experience.
  • Serve as a communication hub during games, relaying updates and coordinating with multiple departments across the organization.
  • Help troubleshoot last-minute changes to scripts or in-game elements, adjusting as needed to maintain a smooth show.
  • Provide hands-on support at marketing events and external appearances, assisting with set-up and brand representation.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and planning meetings to bring new, engaging fan experiences and ideas to life.
  • Maintain organization of creative assets, scripts, and event materials for quick access and consistency.
  • · Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging ideas in game presentation and fan engagement.
  • Step into game presentation roles when needed, including operating video board systems or supporting the promotions team, particularly when part-time staff are unavailable.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sports, live event production, or marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with production tools such as Daktronics, Photoshop, and Show Control.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward solving problems in a live event environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be available for Spring Training and Flying Tigers home games.
  • Available for evening, weekend, and holiday events and may require extended hours.
  • Involves standing, walking, and lifting production equipment on gamedays or at outside events.
