About the role
We have a fantastic secondment opportunity for an Immediate team member to help develop our creator talent pool. As a Talent Manager, your focus will be on managing and developing our talent initiatives, including our Talent Lab programme, which supports the growth of diverse, emerging creators. The Talent Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with internal and external creators, ensuring alignment with Immediate’s strategic goals, brand values, and commitment to inclusivity.

Your creativity, strong understanding of the digital landscape, and exceptional relationship-building skills will help you bridge internal creators with our podcast, editorial, and social teams. Moreover, you will maintain an Immediate Talent Database to streamline management processes and track performance. In this role, you'll identify key performance indicators to measure the impact of talent-led content, providing valuable insights for our senior leadership.
