About the role

We have a fantastic secondment opportunity for an Immediate team member to help develop our creator talent pool. As a Talent Manager, your focus will be on managing and developing our talent initiatives, including our Talent Lab programme, which supports the growth of diverse, emerging creators. The Talent Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with internal and external creators, ensuring alignment with Immediate’s strategic goals, brand values, and commitment to inclusivity.

As a Talent Manager, you will;

  • Lead our Talent Lab initiative, designed to foster and develop a diverse, innovative creator network. Oversee programme structures and brand collaborations, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participating creators.
  • Identify and build relationships with a diverse range of creators and influencers – internal and external, across multiple content areas. Support in the management of the training and development opportunities to help them grow and produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Act as a bridge between creators and our podcast, editorial, video, and social teams. Collaborate with these teams to align talent-led content with brand storytelling, enhance audience engagement, and bring fresh, diverse voices to each platform.
  • Develop and maintain an Immediate Talent Database to streamline talent management, track performance, and provide a valuable resource for the editorial, video, and social teams. Regularly update the database with new talent, performance metrics, and content insights.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of talent-led content, including engagement rates, reach, and content quality. Use data insights to create reports and presentations for senior leadership, showcasing the success and progress of talent initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements for talent-related events.
  • Oversee contracts, invoices, and budget tracking for influencer and talent partnerships, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Maintain organised records of all creator collaborations, agreements, and performance reports, supporting efficient access to information and alignment across teams.
  • Experience in talent management, content management, or a related role in media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the digital content landscape, creator economy, and emerging social media trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate between teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with an empathetic approach to mentorship and talent development.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to integrate EDI principles into talent and creator strategies.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to inform strategies, track performance, and report on success.
