Workshop Engineer

We are committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the DJ, music production, live sound, musical instrument, pro audio, and consumer electronic industries.

We are now looking to recruit a Wprkshop Engineer to join our UK Service team. Reporting directly to the European Service Manager, the job holder will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults of returned goods. This is an opportunity to join a highly dynamic, agile organisation and make a direct contribution to the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspecting, fault finding and reparation of returned goods.
  • Administrating returned goods onto the company repair database.
  • Carrying out batch inspections on pre-launch products.
  • Documenting trending faults and providing root cause analysis reports.
  • Ensuring the department is always kept clean and tidy.
  • Assisting other departments with the procurement of miscellaneous parts requests & technical support.

Basic technical knowledge of electronics and music technology.

  • Experience with the setting up and use of A/V equipment (mixers, speaker, lighting etc).
  • Proven experience of fault finding and repairing electronic equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good listening and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of music technology software. Experience with titles such as Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton and Serato would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
  • Any experience with any of our brands would be preferable, but not essential.
