Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. The Business Development manager will be required to study existing procedures and to formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Able to sell our services (Web Design and Development, SEO, SEM, SMM etc.,) to small and medium size companies.
  • The job involves client profiling and Revenue generation.
  • Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
  • Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
  • Should have experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Have a minimum of 1 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.
  • Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills with excellent communication in English and Local language.
  • Have excellent sale and closing skills.
  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  • Manage all social media channels, campaigns, team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and be responsible for all the progressive actions.
  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital.
