The best salespeople are exceptional relationship-builders who know how to own their ‘book’ and land results. We are hiring Sales Development Representatives in every market: we have a partnership playbook that works and have shaped this role as an opportunity to accelerate sales careers. This is a market-based role focused on building strong partnerships with care providers, ensuring Meadow Memorials becomes their trusted referral partner. You will own relationships throughout Los Angeles County, working closely with local partners to introduce Meadow to families who need our support.
This is not about hard selling—it’s about building high-quality relationships in an industry full of people who care deeply but are often constrained by outdated processes.
Develop strong relationships with care providers through in-person visits, presentations, and strategic outreach to drive engagement and referral growth.
Manage and own your own ‘book of business’ (i.e., partners in the market), take responsibility for identifying potential partners, reach out, and establish Meadow as a trusted service.
Train and educate care provider staff so they can confidently refer families to Meadow while maintaining regular engagement to strengthen partnerships.
Provide compassionate guidance to referred families, ensuring they receive clarity and care during a difficult time.
Use data and HubSpot to track performance, optimize outreach, and continuously improve your work.
