Job Description

Reporting to the Jellyfish leadership team on one of our Global Sports brands, you will create impact within our team and capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry. You'll have produced multi-channel campaigns primarily activating OOH and DOOH campaigns in APAC, SEA and EM regions, adhering to the Client's brand guidelines to produce consistent and efficient outputs utilising our Global studio resource.

You'll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts focussing on Localisation and Adaptation and delivery of existing creative materials. You will be project lead, working with Client Management and our Global Production team based in London. The Integrated Producer will manage the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, production workflows, and delivery for localized digital assets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will have experience working in marketing or a fast-paced production agency environment. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology client.
  • Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and managing production resourcing
  • Budget management skills, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
  • Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
  • You will change client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details
  • Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences.

  • Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets
  • Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
  • Adept at working globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
  • Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
