Jentic is the standalone integration layer that connects AI agents with other systems and each other. Built by developers, for developers, our platform simplifies and accelerates API integration, increasing AI agent reliability, while solving security and access control challenges.

Your Role
As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Define and implement the developer journey through Jentic’s online product—balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical depth.
  • Design and build the frontend experience for our web-based tools, integrating with backend APIs.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on UI/UX for developer-facing dashboards, onboarding flows, and interactive documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers within Jentic to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences, helping the engineering team translate backend power into an intuitive product.
  • Work with AI-driven design tools and templates to accelerate frontend implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, as well as AI technologies that can enhance user experience.

We’re seeking an individual who:

  • Ideally has a degree in design, human-computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Has 4+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX roles, as well as some experience in software engineering.
  • Is proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Has a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a user-centered design process.
  • Is skilled at conducting user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Is a strong communicator, comfortable presenting design ideas to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Is passionate about building products that resonate with users and enhance their experience with technology.
  • Ideally has experience designing developer tools, dashboards, API-driven interface, or has experience working in AI, API infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
  • Has an ability to create and refine branding elements.
  • Has familiarity with AI-driven design tools or frontend automation.
