One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager in Germany.
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing efforts for a portfolio of mobile games. In this role, you will manage and scale campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams including creatives, analytics, and product. You’ll play a key role in shaping user growth strategies, optimizing ad performance, and identifying new opportunities to acquire high-value users. This is a remote opportunity suited for someone with a passion for mobile gaming and a proven track record in UA within ad-based games.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
- Own a portfolio of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games, ensuring profitable user growth at scale.
- Collaborate closely with creative and ASO teams to guide the development of high-performing ad content.
- Use data insights to improve reporting, targeting, and ROI through continuous testing and iteration.
- Stay ahead of trends and platform updates, identifying new UA channels and technologies.
- Maintain relationships with UA partners and initiate connections with new vendors and providers.
- Regularly communicate strategies, performance, and challenges to internal teams and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition, with a strong focus on ad-based gaming.
- Proven success managing large-scale UA budgets and achieving profitability.
- Expert in managing campaigns across social channels like Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
- Strong understanding of mobile measurement platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Deep analytical skills and experience with cohort analysis and UA performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to influence and improve UA creative strategy.
