Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include industry experience in early childhood education, ed-tech, and/or the non-profit sector, with bonus points for knowledge in AI, curriculum development, and global education markets.
Location: This full-time hybrid role prefers candidates to work 2-3 days a week from the Khan Kids office in San Mateo, CA.
Compensation: $127423 - $159279 / Annually

THE ROLE
The Khan Academy Kids team is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play an important role in defining and executing our product strategy and grow our impact on early childhood education. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify market opportunities and drive high-impact initiatives as we explore new technologies and new products.

The target salary range for this position is $127,423 - $159,279 USD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data. Exceptional performers in this role who make an outsized contribution can make well in excess of this range. Additional incentives are provided as part of the complete total rewards package in addition to comprehensive medical and other benefits.
