Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to work with our customers, suppliers and partners. This position works with professionalism and consistency to create sales opportunities for the business and lead fostering. 
 
 
Responsibilities 

  • Generate leads by being a creative thinker, community networker and Kitchen Tune-up Brand Ambassador.
  • Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
  • Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
  • Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
  • Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
  • Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Supervises the installation until completion to confirm all client’ needs have been addressed and the project has been completed.
  • Collects payments from clients.

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes
  • Participate in home/trade show rotation 
  • Willing to work on evenings and weekends previously agreed
