This is a fully remote role working EST hours that may require occasional travel, including to Resilia’s New York and New Orleans offices for collaborative opportunities such as team retreats and gatherings. #LI-remote


Market Opportunity


Every nonprofit is unique and so are their capacity needs. Yet they find it difficult to access capacity building solutions that meet them where they are.   • Funder Program - Sponsored by grantmakers (foundations, governments, corporations), nonprofits are able to build mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them. About the Role


As the Learning Community Manager you sit on the product team to help develop, organize and maintain the Resilia Learning Community.


We are looking for someone to lead this initiative who has experience in building online education and community learning cohorts. Experience in customer advocacy is a must as they will be heavily involved in working directly with our users and our coaches. They need to have a nonprofit-first mindset – as they will create an online learning community that will foster the ability for users to connect, learn and grow together. This person will jump-start these educational and community initiatives and create a place where nonprofit professionals will begin their journey or will use the community to grow. This role will allow you to work cross-functionally with customer experience, support, product, and marketing.


What You Will Do


  • Primary administrator and operator of the Circle.so community on the Resilia APP
  • Manage the day-to-day for the primary community spaces on the Resilia APP
  • Create the community content roadmap, coordinate with other teams at Resilia on what information to share and when, and create original content to educate and enable our users in the community.
  • Refine and execute on our engagement strategy
  • Moderate questions in the community and connect users with the appropriate teams/individuals who can help solve their problems.
  • Analyze community member interactions weekly to highlight common themes/topics and provide recommendations for improvements in future interactions.
  • Organize and host online and offline events, meetups, workshops, etc.
  • Assist with existing learning cohorts
  • Research areas of opportunity for new cohorts
  • Comfortable collecting and interpreting data
  • Ability to manage everyday tasks of the community


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in either ed-tech, a fast-growing product-led tech company, or full-time experience at a nonprofit organization
  • Understanding of the customer marketing and customer engagement space is a must.
  • Be flexible and adaptable – as sometimes priorities might change
  • Strong communication skills and writing abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity with a strong bias for action
  • Excellent storyteller with skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Be open-minded and willing to reach out to and learn from our users
  • Be autonomous, but looking to grow and learn
  • Understand how data plays a key role in driving decisions
  • Appreciates testing, learning, optimizing, and scaling
  • Ego-free approach to giving and receiving feedback - you are a lifelong learner and believe in continuous skill development
