Job Description

The Alignment team plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the US marketing organization. This position will report to the Director Alignment who leads chief of staff responsibilities across the markeitng leadership team.

In the Supervisor, Alignment role, you will be responsible for supporting consistent, clear and engaging communications within the marketing department, internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for department-specific communications, internal and external event coordination. This role will support shaping department communication and collaboration practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications, such as newsletters, emails, and presentations; Help ensure that all communications align with the department’s messaging and branding guidelines; Support the coordination of communication efforts between departments to maintain message alignment.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials for department leaders; Help coordinate leader-to-team communications, ensuring information is shared effectively and on time; Support the execution of leadership communication strategies.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and developing training materials for new and existing employees; Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, helping them to integrate smoothly into the department; Help identify training needs and contribute to the development of new training initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, including team meetings and workshops; Provide support for external events, such as conferences and seminars, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Assist in reviewing content to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Help manage the department’s digital communication platforms, such as intranets and social media channels; Assist in creating and scheduling content for digital platforms to enhance engagement; Support the analysis of digital communication effectiveness and contribute to recommendations for improvement.

The expected salary range for this role is $94,140 – $125,130 per year

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, event planning, or training and development, preferably within a marketing or corporate setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
