Looking for Sr. Account Manager

 

Our Activation team is looking for a dynamic Sr Account Manager that will drive the quality of our client-facing services and our internal project systems. You will be the primary point of contact and hub for internal, cross-functional teams focused on campaign/project management, customer success, and post-buy reporting. Additionally you will help cultivate team collaboration and industry-leading best practices, providing high-level strategic planning, project management, and consultation.

 

Reporting to the VP of Activation, the ideal candidate will lead cross-department process adoption and the overall customer journey.


On any given day you might...


  • Own and lead the life cycle of campaigns including influencer activations through our brand sales and developer partnerships teams.
  • Maintain the Activation department’s service level agreements improving customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Talent, Creative, and Sales teams to provide timely, cohesive, and thoughtful creative deliverables. 
  • Preserve a commitment to process and cultivate seamless cross-functionality
  • Nurture and retain relationships with our preferred clients, building a strong rapport with them.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing data reports, client case studies, and other analyses to support business growth.
  • Strategize with the VP of Activation to identify areas of improvement within processes and help build out solutions for improvement.
  • DIrect Account Coordinators to maintain and improve internal Activation processes
  • Help inform team members on industry insights and digital media/marketing/gaming trends.


Ideally, you have...


  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in client-facing account management/project management at a marketing/talent agency, publisher, or related experience.
  • Experience working with brand clients and/or game developers/publishers.
  • A dedication to flexibility and agility; facilitating deals ranging from 2 weeks to 2 years in term length. Defining and delegating action items from a team outlook, tracking progression, constant Client objective check ins and risk assessment, and following up in a timely manner.
  • A profound attention to detail; willingness to own and polish projects end-to-end to craft outstanding and holistic results.
  • An enthusiastic drive as a self-starter with team-focused coordination.
  • A passion for proactive and creative problem-solving driven by the desire to create a positive client experience.  
  • Excellent project management skills, deft organization, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solutions-oriented, approachable disposition. An exceptionally collaborative spirit.
  • Understanding of various content platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc).
  • Deep gaming industry knowledge on the intersection between influencers, non-endemic brands, game developers and publishers, livestreaming, esports, and other domain-relevant participants and subject matter.

$85,000 - $95,000 a year
