Production Manager - Duluth, MN
Mad City Windows & Baths, the Midwest's #1 home remodeling company, is looking for a Production Manager with a background in residential remodeling, specifically replacement windows, to lead operations for our NEW Duluth, MN Office.

Responsibilities:
Confirming all product orders
Occasional ordering
Receiving and inventory of products
Loading, management and monitoring of crews
Customer complaint resolution
Organizing jobs and training
Hiring of new crews and office staff
Facilitating Service tickets/orders
Creating strategies to improve efficiency
Quality Control
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows
2+ years of Project Management experience
Experience resolving conflict
Strong communication & customer service skills
Criminal Background Checks and/or MVR checks:
