  • Stakeholder & Requirement Management – Work with leadership and product teams to gather their technical needs. Organize these needs into clear development plans.

  • Resource & Workflow Coordination – Partner with engineering, product and creative teams to allocate resources and ensure optimal productivity.

  • Risk & Timeline Management – Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure projects stay on track.

  • Agile & Iterative Execution - Organize and lead Agile activities such as planning sprints, daily meetings and conducting review sessions for continuous improvement.

  • Process Optimization & Scalability – Implement best practices and workflows that improve team efficiency and project visibility.

  • Cross-Functional Communication – Act as the primary connector between technical teams and business teams. Ensure that everyone understands the current status of projects and their expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three to seven years of experience in technical project management within AI, software development, or technology-driven organizations.

  • Prior experience managing projects in experimental, prototype-heavy environments is strongly preferred.

  • Project Management: Well-developed knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management tools.

  • Technical Fluency: While coding experience is not required, a solid comprehension of software development, AI, and emerging technology trends is essential.

  • Resource Planning & Coordination: Experience working with technical teams and aligning priorities across multiple projects.

  • Communication & Leadership: Able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms so that non-technical people can understand.
