The Coca-Cola Company is embarking on a Marketing Transformation to transform our Marketing into the critical driver of our growth algorithm. TCCC has recently set up a Marketing Transformation Management Office to orchestrate and accelerate the transformation. A critical component of this acceleration is Change Leadership and Communications.
The ambition of Change Leadership and Communications is to raise awareness of Marketing Transformation vision and rally the enterprise, engage the organization and inspire adoption of new behaviors and standards of performance, and build feedback mechanisms.
This role will be accountable to the Marketing Network Communications Director and will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, designing and executing communication across digital channels and in person experiences within and on behalf of the Marketing function.
What You’ll Do for Us
1. Digital content designer and strategist: Lead content strategy as part of internal communications channel strategy to manage content, delivery, analytics, etc. across the Microsoft suite of communication tools including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Forms, Stream, as well as email marketing tool. Support TCCC team members/agency partners who manage content in the digital content ecosystem.
2. Communications and events: Planning and execution of routine Marketing function communications/events with modern approach.
3. Liaison w DWP community: Represent the Marketing function to stay connected to strategy, roadmap, enhancements, etc. as it relates to enterprise-wide internal digital ecosystem of tools.
4. Community management: Support a network of Marketing communications leaders and change orchestrators to co-create and collaborate as we engage and inspire the Marketing community, as well as empower this network to curate and amplify strategic information and inspiration aligned with Marketing Transformation agenda, Marketing priorities and North Star.
5. Content producer: Produce many types of content, including writing, creating infographics, various types of event graphics (signage, table tents, etc) and creating short-form video. This content could be for delivery via any part of the comms channel strategy.
