As a Frontend Engineer at Meridia, your key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Product and Design teams to create, maintain, and enhance solutions that meet the Verify Portal's needs. You'll drive projects to completion while integrating with backend APIs, monitoring the health of the application, and optimizing its performance. To qualify for the Frontend Engineer role at Meridia, you should have at least 5 years of experience in frontend software development, with a minimum of 2 years specifically working with Vue and Typescript. Additionally, a strong understanding of client-server architectures and experience in integrating frontend applications with backend systems is essential. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and GIS web apps is a plus.

Yes! While the Frontend Engineer position at Meridia allows for hybrid working, you'll enjoy flexibility with up to 5 weeks of fully remote work each year. You’ll spend 2 out of 4 days a week in our Amsterdam office, collaborating closely with your teammates and enjoying the benefits of both remote and in-office work.
