Sales Development Representative, Channel Support

We are looking for our next colleague who will primarily work with partners from our sales channel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding of our partners into the Milestone Partner Program. Our partners are key to our success, so your success in this role is easily translated to the company's overall success.

This position will support our central region. Depending on the team's needs, working hours will be from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST or 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST. 

This position will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) out of our Americas Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR, and does not receive relocation assistance.

The Sales Development Representative will join our Channel Success team. As part of this team, you will work alongside friendly colleagues who are all focused on ensuring the success of our sales channel. Your main responsibility will be:

  • To maximize the revenue generation from our Channel Partners by identifying, signing, and onboarding new Partners to our Partner Program

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis: 

  • Educate prospective partners on the Partner Program, requirements, and value.
  • Complete the partner discovery detail in Salesforce (forms, partner details, account setup, etc.) and provide. a basic assessment.
  • Pass qualified partners to the Inside Channel Manager Team
  • Recruit Partners to attend MyMilestone Demos
  • Reignite existing partners that are not currently transacting to renew interest.
  • Pass reignited partners that are invested in generating new business to the Channel Management Team
  • Engage proactively with our sales teams
  • Capture all relevant information in Salesforce with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage the team inbox to answer and route inquiries to the appropriate team.

What we imagine the ideal candidate profile .to look like:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not strictly necessary
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Sales experience can be diverse and acquired from various sources, and if you have experience with outbound phone calls, it is an additional advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SalesForce is an advantage

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $52,000 to $80,380, with most candidates falling in the $65,000 to $75,003 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package.
