We are looking for a results-driven Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to own and create engaging content for our social media channels while strategically managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role requires both creativity and analytical expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through organic and paid strategies.
Location: Columbus, OH (In-office/Hybrid)
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
Develop, execute, and manage a content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create compelling, high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each platform.
Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and grow social media following.
Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
PPC Advertising Strategy & Execution:
Own and manage all paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
Event Coordination and Client Engagement
Assist in planning and executing company events, webinars, and community gatherings.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional materials for events.
Help with event marketing efforts, including invitations, outreach, and post-event follow-ups.
Support event activities and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies to strengthen relationships
1+ years of experience in social media management and PPC advertising (internships count!).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design, video editing is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and PPC bid management platforms.
