In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex consulting projects for a multinational clientele. You will work collaboratively with a team of consultants from diverse backgrounds and time zones to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams located around the world
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports to clients


Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
  • Proven experience working in a global consulting environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
