What will you do at MMDSmart?

- Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns;

- Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers;

- Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.

You are a perfect match if you have:

- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level);

- Resilience under pressure;

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;

- A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;

- A dynamic, proactive approach, coupled with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00 - 18:00), evening (13:00 - 22:00) and night shifts (22:00 - 7:00);
