You will be joining the Production Management team within the Center of Expertise, a department bringing together over 200 multidisciplinary experts. The Production Management team, made up of Production Coordinators and Content Project Managers, brings to life the many ideas imagined in our concepts by ensuring the smooth execution of Moment Factory’s visual productions, both creatively and technically."


YOUR MISSION


As a Production Coordinator, your primary mission will be to coordinate the work of the diverse talents and experts involved in the project. With a comprehensive view of all production activities, you will act as a bridge between project leadership, internal experts and artists, as well as external collaborators, ensuring the smooth progression of each stage of the production timeline. You will work closely with Content and Interactive Project Managers to implement the established strategy.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Multimedia Director, the assigned creative and technical experts on a given project by organizing meetings, taking notes, and managing information.
  • Oversee the management and compliance with the production schedule set by the Content or Interactive Producer for the project.
  • Monitor the allocated hours for various production tasks and ensure that the time planned for each task is respected.
  • Communicate to the Producer and/or Multimedia Director any factors that may affect the schedule or budget.
  • Organize viewing tests, quality control, prototyping, or user experience (UX) testing.
  • Manage external collaborators throughout the project.
  • Handle the purchase of stock photos.
  • Manage the file organization and ensure adherence to the project's naming conventions;
  • Support the preparation for the project's integration on-site.
  • Coordinate all technical and logistical aspects, including equipment lists, etc..
  • Participate in the on-site integration of the project.
  • Be responsible for delivering approval files and final files.
  • Work with Multimedia Directors, Designers, and Technicians to ensure synergy between the environment, its content, and the technology used.
  • Ensure archiving related to various projects in collaboration with the media archivist.
  • Participate in finding solutions in case of issues.
  • Contribute to documentation throughout the project in collaboration with experts.

  • Development of Expertise in Project Coordination for Creation:

  • Plan and implement production processes for content creation
  • Propose technical solutions to keep processes simple and efficient.
  • Develop management processes to enhance productivity. 

  • Coordination within the Production Management Team - Center of Expertise:

  • Contribute to the improvement of tools for coordinating project content teams.
  • Assist in developing internal procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other responsibilities and tasks related to this position.


YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
  • College diploma in design, multimedia, performing arts, television production, film, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (you will collaborate with many people in English as part of your role).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia production coordination (including pre-rendered, generative, and real-time visual content, mixed media such as motion design, VFX, 3D environments, and animation).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.) or MS Office software.
  • Knowledge of 2D, 3D, and real-time content production processes.
  • Familiarity with Flow (ShotGrid), Confluence, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Wrike is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Jira is an asset.
  • Curiosity and interest in new technologies and innovation.
  • Experience in creating visuals integrated into multimedia environments is an asset.
