Integration Hub: Product Owner

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Integration Hub: Product Owner for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process
  • Creating a product road map based on this vision
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
  • Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
  • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
  • A bachelor's degree holder in a related field or a master's is a plus.
  • 5+ years ofproven years of experience in a product strategy role or requirements intake
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.
  • Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value.
  • Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends.
