Your role and responsibilities:
As a Senior QA analyst, you would be responsible for
Closely working with Calypso QA and Configuration teams to understand product architecture and features.
Development of automation test Scripts, API & using internal and open-source tools & infrastructure.
Comfortable with both front-end and back-end application development, frameworks, third-party products, tools and libraries using modern technology stack.
Contribute in Continuous Integration and Development via Jenkins.
Collaborate in the execution of automation processes.
Investigate failures and provide support during execution.
Support knowledge management by assisting colleagues.
Contributing in POC’s to implement the latest technological trends in QE
We expect you to have
At least 3-5 years of experience in the Automation scripting of desktop as well as web based applications
Strong coding skills in Java/JavaScript, VB Script with clarity in basics concepts of scripting, experience in designing robust automation frameworks
Hands-on with Java, JEE ecosystem, web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks.
Experience in using a cloud platform like AWS and OCI and automation within those environments
Extensive experience in the following web technologies: J2EE, REST, JSON, MySQL, Spring Boot
Experience in oracle and PostgreSQL databases
Good understanding of development practices and tools in devops, release engineering and infrastructure management (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes etc).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
Added advantage to have knowledge but not limited to capital market concepts like derivatives, options, futures, forwards, swaps,
Added advantage to have knowledge but not limited to the experience of working on Trading tool such as Murex, Calypso, etc.
Education Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering –majors as Computer OR Information technology /Master in computer science / Master in Computer Applications
