Senior UX Designer, Enterprise ApplicationsAs the Senior UX Designer, Enterprise Applications, you will play a critical role in defining the experience of Natera's internal customers. Our service teams, customer experience agents and patient coordinators, all rely on a complex ecosystem of dedicated applications to deliver our industry leading tests to our patients and medical providers.This is an exciting opportunity that requires a unique blend of User Research skills, UX Design craft and Business Ops experience.What you will do• Collaborate with Lab Operations, Sample Registration and Data Entry teams to audit the existing processes and tools supporting them, identify the most salient pain points and create solutions to resolve them• Develop a detailed understanding of what it takes for Natera to deliver Test Results in the most efficient way• Partner with Natera's other UX designers to leverage existing conceptual models and design patterns to create an internally and externally consistent application ecosystem• Contribute to the creation of training materials and change management plans to drive the adoption of the new features and applications• Take into account Service Design considerations to improve how different teams interact and interface with Natera Customer.What you bring to the table• A portfolio including examples of complex enterprise applications you have designed either as the lead designer or as a part of a product team• Experience interviewing subject matter experts to develop task flows, journey maps or similar artifacts documenting end-to-end processes• The ability to present complex processes in a simple way• A solid knowledge of Interactions patterns and Design elements commonly used by leading enterprise applications• An even keel that allows you to prioritize and focus on those efforts that promise to impact most positively the business.• A functional understanding of the front-end and back-end technologies used by enterprise apps, particularly of the limitations APIs could impose on UX.• Experience working with senior stakeholders across the organization.• Previous experience working in Healthcare is a plusOther important details• This is a US Remote position compatible with candidates located within the continental US. You will be expected to be on-site up to 3 times per week during the first 6 months of your employment to work closely with our Lab personnel. Beyond this period more flexible work arrangements will be available.• Expect to travel for off-sites and working sessions 1-2 per quarter.The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
