Job Description

Role Summary:

The Manager, HR Operations, will have the responsibility of ensuring the deployment and administration of Talent Acquisition systems as well as ensuring the oversight for continuous improvement and operational support of the associated processes. In this role, you will effectively partner with both the Talent Acquisition and the Onboarding teams to ensure Business Requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product and/or process enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both Users and Technology

• Act independently and in a team environment to apply strong research skills

• Communicate complex specifications cross functionally with technical and non-technical resources to implement new HCM solutions that meet business requirements

• Recommend, design, develop, and implement business processes involving 3rd party technologies that may or may not interact with SAP/SuccessFactors to effectively meet business objectives

• Serve as a liaison between HR Operations, the Business, and IT teams, for all issues, questions, configurations, and project management activities

• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities and timelines

• Supervise HR Operations staff that act as System Administrators

• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting questions/problems that come from system users: Recruiters, TA Coordinators, HR, Candidates, and New Hires

• Prepare for and execute system updates, rolling out new features and functionality to optimize performance and usability

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Completion of bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR processes and systems development related to HR or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with HCM related, cloud-based technologies such as SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Project Management software and SAP

  • Understanding of HR Processes and cross functional dependences
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ability to prepare reports and make presentations to various groups

  • Demonstrates strong project management skills while managing multiple, concurrent projects

  • Experience with HRIS, Cloud/SAAS implementation and maintenance
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
