Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

*This position is for potential upcoming work.

 

Noblis MSD is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide business policy support for CANES engineering team 100% onsite at the NIWC Pacific location in Point Loma in developing documentation for technical direction and process improvement, monitor task execution, develop spreadsheets and assist in power BI development. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support CANES management and financial team in the development of business process documentation.
  • Develop, update and create spreadsheets for tracking and automation.
  • Monitor and evaluate deliverables
  • Create and modify power BI functions for tasking
  • Schedule, attend and document CANES functional meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or in teams to communicate effectively with people of many diverse backgrounds including students, staff, faculty and customers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in administrative/technical area OR an Associate's Degree + 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma + 6 years of experience in business administration and analysis

  • Secret Clearance
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in DoD organization
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Experience in Power BI
  • Experience in Developing complex spreadsheets and detailed briefings
  • Experience in financial budgeting
  • Experience in contracts management

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
