What we are looking for:

In this role, you’ll manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking, set up custom tags, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll analyze data, forecast goals, and provide actionable reports. Your expertise in GTM, Google Analytics, and CRO tools will support user engagement and conversion improvements. Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is helpful for CRO tests, along with strong communication and analytical skills for seamless team and client collaboration.

You'll do:

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) ensuring accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Conduct marketing analysis to support growth initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement custom triggers, tags, and variables within GTM tailored to business and campaign needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and analytics to ensure GTM aligns with business objectives.
  • Communicate and coordinate tag implementations, container merging, and migration processes to streamline tracking efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team to analyze historical data and forecast annual marketing goals in alignment with overall business targets.
  • Generate detailed, actionable reports to help guide data-driven decision-making across various projects.
  • Leverage conversion optimization tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and WordPress to set up, test, and implement A/B tests and other CRO initiatives that improve user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Apply basic web development skills to support and implement conversion tests and optimizations across digital platforms.

You have:

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics for digital media solutions and tracking.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, DataLayer, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in building and managing custom triggers, tags, and variables in GTM.
  • Conversion optimization experience with Optimizely, Unbounce, and WordPress, with the ability to implement, test, and refine CRO initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and communicate clearly on technical implementations.
  • Analytical skills in data analysis, forecasting, goal setting, and comprehensive report creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and experience creating presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to act as a partner to both internal and external teams.
