We are seeking a talented Data Operations Specialist to join our team. You will focus on monitoring, repairing, and improving existing files and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our business. You will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.


How you will make an impact


  • Regularly review and monitor existing files and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in data and documents.
  • Implement routine checks and audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize existing workflows.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Develop and execute solutions to repair and improve faulty files and processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of issues, resolutions, and improvements.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor the performance of business operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to management on the status of operations and improvements.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure operational alignment and support.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for data management and process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.


What we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on data management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
