Product Manager | Enterprise Squad | Fixed term contract

The Product department focuses on creating world-leading cybersecurity products and works closely with technical, marketing and sales departments. The main goal is to take our products above and beyond using cutting edge technologies and help organizations resolve their security related problems.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, align your team around strategic objectives and key results that measure your success;
  • Be responsible for a part of NordSecurity Enterprise product experience, its metrics, strategy and implementation;
  • Effectively able to create the squad’s Product Strategy and contribute to the Core strategy of the Product;
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization; incorporate business analysis, UX research and data to develop the strategy for your product area;
  • Focus on hypothesis validation and use lean development practices to make sure you build the right thing right;
  • Manage the product backlog and create actionable user stories;
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as prioritize the development;
  • Get buy-in and support for your projects from senior managers both within and outside the product organization.


Core Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of product management experience in a start-up/scale-up;
  • Ability to understand the technical subject matter and clearly communicate it to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in using design thinking and other methodologies for product discovery;
  • Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals;
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
  • Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy and other related fields;
  • Technical education is a big plus;
  • Fluency in English.


Salary Range
  • Gross Salary from 4500-6500 EUR/month.
