Job Description

The Centralized Scheduling Rep reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides convenient access to hospital services to patients and physicians' offices.
  • Maximizes hospital reimbursement by efficiently scheduling patients and securing accurate demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical information in the hospital information systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous registration or comparable experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Basic medical terminology.
