About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate supporting the West Coast region, you will be an essential part of our growing Customer Success team, ensuring that Ogury’s advertising campaigns deliver strong results and exceed client expectations.


You will act as a key liaison between our Sales and Ad Operations teams, providing critical support in campaign execution, performance monitoring, and strategic recommendations.


Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are set up for success from the start, troubleshooting any potential challenges, and optimizing performance to align with client objectives. You will gain hands-on exposure to the digital advertising landscape, learning how to leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign outcomes.


Beyond campaign execution, you will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships by ensuring seamless communication, responding to inquiries, and providing valuable insights that contribute to long-term partnerships.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, where we encourage our team to join us in the office at least two days per week (or more if you’d like!).

What you will be doing
  • Support the management of campaign lifecycles, including setup, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
  • Address client inquiries and resolve troubleshooting issues related to campaigns
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with your clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Assist in preparing insights and reports using Ogury’s tools, helping to provide actionable data and storytelling to clients
  • Understand client objectives, KPIs, and industry trends, contributing to strategic recommendations in partnership with Sales and AdOperations teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer experiences, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail
  • Support team efforts in identifying opportunities for account growth and retention within the West Coast market
  • Stay informed on digital advertising and programmatic industry trends through training and mentorship opportunities
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including tracking campaign progress and maintaining up-to-date client records


What you will bring to Ogury
  • Client-facing or customer service experience, ideally within advertising, digital, marketing, or a similar field
  • A willingness to learn and develop expertise in digital advertising, programmatic, and mobile technology
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (or similar tools)
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication, particularly in working with clients across various markets
  • Understanding or interest in data analytics and the ability to tell stories through insights
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to team goals and grow within the role


$55,000 - $65,000 a year
In compliance with the state specific pay transparency acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally. 

The salary for the Customer Success Associate role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, in addition to variable compensation, dependent on relevant experience and location.
