Exciting Opportunity for Assemblers at Parallel Employment!

Parallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, Mon-Friday

Pay: $15.00/HR

Job Location: Racine, WI

Job Type: Temporary

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
