Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Hebrew-speaking users of virtual job and freelance platforms through various channels.
- Assist users with inquiries related to job listings, freelance projects, and platform functionalities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of user interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve user satisfaction and service quality.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a must.
- Passion for assisting job seekers and freelancers in finding opportunities.
- Prior experience in customer support or related fields is advantageous.
