Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with their grocery orders, including inquiries about products, delivery times, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the system.
- Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the grocery delivery services, promotions, and new product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Encourage customer feedback and use it to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the grocery or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for food and grocery products, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
