About the role
Persona is excited to hire a TechOps Analyst to join our team! As our first New York City-based IT hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in our broader IT team, taking the lead on various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems in our New York office. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to build on their IT career in a high-growth technology startup environment, reporting directly to the Head of Security.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are beginners in the field of IT but possess a strong passion for problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, along with customer experience skills dealing with leaders as well as individual contributors.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office in lower Manhattan next to Madison Square Park. We are currently in-office Tuesdays - Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
