Job Description

Pilot Company’s professional internship designed to provide on-the-job training and experience to recent college graduates. Engages in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level, typically identified with a targeted exempt position. Receives training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. This is a 10-week paid internship program.

  • Partner with the Culture Champion to design, implement, and support culture-related programs and initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing culture-focused events and workshops
  • Research industry trends and provide insights into innovative culture development practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of culture programs with organizational goals and initiatives
  • Serve as a culture ambassador by modeling and advocating for company virtues in daily interactions and projects

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior undergraduate student (preferred)
  • Major: Open to all majors with an interest in organizational culture, HR, or employee engagement
  • Strong passion for fostering positive workplace environments and driving connection to purpose
  • Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to research, analyze, and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute diverse perspectives
