Campus Relations Manager

We’re looking for a Campus Relations Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team!

 

As a Campus Relations Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. You will coordinate various programs and initiatives to align with Esler’s goals and objectives. This is a crucial role to enhance our brand presence within the academic community!


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for campus engagement.
  • Organize and participate in campus events, career fairs, and recruitment drives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university faculty, staff, and students.
  • Represent the organization at academic forums, conferences, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to identify and create opportunities and align on campus relations efforts with talent acquisition goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campus relations programs by tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to campus engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials to promote campus relations initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between the organization and educational institutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in higher education.
  • Other Projects as assigned.


Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in campus relations, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of higher education landscape, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for education and fostering partnerships.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
