ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Market Leader, Partner Success at Plusgrade, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by overseeing the development and execution of partner management initiatives for a cohort of partners in the Air vertical. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our airline clients, driving upselling opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to maximize partner satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Airlines, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of 2- 4 Partner Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through your strong leadership and vision, you will contribute to Plusgrade's success as a leader in the travel tech industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Guide a team of Partner Success Managers to achieve upsell and revenue targets for a portfolio of airline partners
- Directly manage key accounts in the air vertical, ensuring the programs achieve key performance metrics
- Lead and manage key partner relationships at a senior level and expand executive engagements within the portfolio
- Assist the Partner Success Managers with crafting and delivering effective partner-facing presentations in Quarterly Business Reviews and in annual onsite partner meetings
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product leaders to drive product and feature adoption as well as performance optimization to drive revenue growth
- Assist internally for a key portion of the Partner Success functions, engaging in planning and performance overview activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and account review processes
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving account growth and exceeding upselling targets within a SaaS and preferably travel tech environment.
- Leadership Experience: Growing leader with experience leading account management teams and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of partner needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, resulting in long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute innovative account growth strategies, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive revenue expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with business development, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and maximizing partner value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and metrics to inform decision making, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Global Perspective: Experience managing international accounts and navigating cultural nuances to drive successful outcomes on a global scale.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry landscape with a focus on airline operations, trends, and challenges.
