About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and Certified Business Valuator to join our team on a remote part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and licenses to conduct business valuations and will help us introduce this new service to our clients. This role offers flexibility and the potential for growth within the company as we expand our valuation services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business valuations for a variety of industries.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with our team to market and promote valuation services.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on valuation-related matters.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in business valuation.

• Must have one or more of the following certifications:
• Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA)
• Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV)
• Certified Business Appraiser (CBA)
• Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA)

• Proven experience in conducting business valuations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
